FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ALL-EVENT TICKET PACKAGE?
A: The All-Event Ticket Package includes tickets to all sessions in Senior, Junior, and Novice competition, as well as Juvenile and Intermediate competition. Additionally, All-Event buyers are the only ticket holders who can attend practices held in the main arena. The Skating Spectacular is not included in the All-Event Ticket Package and must be purchased separately.

Q: WHAT IS THE SKATING SPECTACULAR?
A: Sometimes referred to as the Exhibition of Champions, the Skating Spectacular is a chance for the champions of the week to showcase their talents without the pressure of competition. The champions for all disciplines in the novice and junior division will be featured, as well as all medal recipients on the Senior Level. At this time, tickets to the Skating Spectacular can only be purchased by those purchasing All-Event Ticket Packages.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS?
A: At this time, all tickets must be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Greensboro Coliseum Box Office. To order by phone, please call 1-800-745-3000. To purchase online, please click here.

Q: WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS?
A: Friday, January 16th is an Official Practice Day, and competition runs Saturday, January 17th through Sunday, January 25th. The Skating Spectacular will be held on Sunday, January 25th. The full schedule is now available here.

Q: WHEN WILL I KNOW MY SEATING ASSIGNMENT?
A: Seating assignments are now available. To find out your seating assignment, please email us at info@northcarolina2015.com.

Q: HOW CAN I PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS?
A: Group ticket sales can be made by contacting Greg Marston at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. His phone number is (336) 373-7433.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
A: All-Event and Weekend packages are now expected to be mailed during the last week of December. You should receive your package by December 31.

Q: WHERE ARE PRACTICE SESSIONS HELD AND ARE THEY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
A: Practice sessions are held in both the Greensboro Coliseum’s main arena and in the adjacent Special Events Center. Practices in the Greensboro Coliseum are only open to All-Event ticket purchasers. Practices in the Special Events Center are free and open to the public.

Q: WHERE IS THE FANFEST HELD AND IS IT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
A: The FanFest will be held in the Special Events Center adjacent to the exhibit hall housing the Practice ice. The FanFest is free and open to the public.

Q: WILL YOU BE OFFERING A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AREA HOTELS?
A: Shuttle passes are now available for sale here. Orders must be received by January 5th. To be able to purchase a spectator shuttle pass, you must stay at an Official or Auxiliary Hotel (as listed here), and book your room through our housing bureau. You also must have purchased an All-Event or Weekend package. Only spectators who are confirmed to have booked a hotel room through NC 2015 and purchased a package, will be able to purchase a shuttle pass.
The spectator shuttle will service the Sheraton, Doubletree, and Hampton Inn hotels. Guests staying in the Auxiliary hotels will be able to walk to the Sheraton shuttle stop.

Q: WILL FOOD OR WATER BOTTLES BE ALLOWED INTO THE ARENA?
A: No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
